Terms of Service

1. Agreement and service scope

These terms apply to your use of the Jawabi service. By using or subscribing to the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Available features may vary by market, operator, plan and technical availability.

2. Eligibility and account

You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement in your country, use a valid mobile number and complete any required verification. If you are below the required legal age, use the service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for protecting your device from unauthorised access.

3. Service and artificial intelligence

Jawabi can help with explanations, writing, summarising, translation, ideas and other everyday tasks. Artificial-intelligence systems can be wrong, misunderstand a question, or provide old or incomplete information. Verify important information and do not treat an answer as medical, legal, financial or other professional advice, or as an emergency service.

4. Acceptable and prohibited use

Use the service responsibly and do not try to harm it or others.

• Do not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, impersonation, harassment or threats.
• Do not create child-exploitation material, malware, cyberattacks or content that infringes another person’s rights.
• Do not bypass safety or usage limits, reverse-engineer the service or overload it with automated requests.

5. User content

You keep your rights in original content you submit. You give Jawabi limited permission to process it only to provide the service, generate the answers and features you request, protect the service from abuse and meet requirements applicable to its operation. We do not take ownership of your content.

6. Subscription and operator billing

When the service is offered through a paid subscription, an active subscription is required for included features. Your mobile network operator may manage eligibility and charges to your balance or bill. Available plan details are shown before subscription, and operator terms may apply to charging and billing support.

7. Renewal and cancellation

A subscription may renew automatically at the end of a billing cycle if the line remains eligible and charging succeeds. You can cancel renewal. If the operator accepts a future-dated cancellation, the next renewal stops and subscription status and access continue until the end of the paid period or the effective cancellation time shown to you. Paid access then ends unless another active subscription applies.

8. Usage limits and availability

Reasonable limits may apply to requests, conversation length or resources. The service may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, faults, operational issues, network or internet conditions. We do not guarantee that answers are always correct or that the service is uninterrupted.

9. Intellectual property

Software, interfaces, marks, logos, documentation and technology used in Jawabi remain owned by their respective owners. These terms do not transfer ownership to you or permit use of the Jawabi brand or protected parts of the service beyond what law or written permission allows.

10. Suspension or termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for breach of these terms, fraud, unlawful activity, security risk, or an operational or legal requirement. We will provide appropriate notice where possible, but immediate action may be needed to protect users or the service.

11. Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains the information Jawabi uses, processing location, retention, erasure and your choices. Read it at /en/legal/privacy/.

12. Changes, contact and language

We may update these terms when the service or requirements change. We will publish the new version and effective date and provide appropriate notice for material changes. These terms are available in Arabic and English; both present the same Jawabi service meaning, and your account or subscription language may be shown for ease of reading.
